is peanutbutter good or not?
i use like 1 big spoon daily for oatmeal but its like 200 calories.
not sure if its worth it.
taste is really good tho.

Good for bulking, gomad as well, dozen of eggs obviously oats as well, toss in your favorite lean meat cuts and you are golden for bulking.

I LOVE PB. If youre concerbed about the calories, use the peanut powder. Very little fat (of which Im not concerned with) and very little sugar (that is my concern when eating) and has a lot of protein. You can add water to it and make PB. I add it to my protein shakes. Dee-lish!

Actual peanut butter is very good for you.
Important: DO NOT confuse it with the toxic sludge they sell as peanut butter. You can tell the difference by the ingredients list, avoid the laundry list of seed oils, sweetners, and preservatives; the list should read (peanuts, salt).

Yes but it's impossible to eat it in large amounts really consistently, which is why nobody does it.

How do you use peanut butter? It's inedible solo imo, stuffs my mouth instantly.
I either go with classic PBJ (but that's a lot of sugars, even if jam is prepared by my aunt from her freshly grown fruit) or add PB into shin ramyun but I only eat noodles like once a week and like variety.
