Can you even recover from a fat and lazy childhood?
First time I started to get into exercise was with 17. Before that I was fat, lazy, played games all day and ate the worst junk food.
I am 25 now and even though I achieved decent athletic standards like 1/2/3/4 for 5 reps, intermediate level climbing, 20 min 5K etc., my body still looks like complete shit. I still got gyno, big pink salami nipples, downturned chest, wide hips, stretch marks on my ass and a small penis.
Meanwhile the guys who did sports as a kid and teen still look amazing in their twenties with barely any work, while I have to work extra hard just for mediocre results.
Is this the power of childhood sports? Can I blame my parents for this shit?
