gym clothes
Why are all gym clothes made from polyester? I can't stand it.

Cotton gets super sweaty so not the best either. What else is there?
Anonymous No.76483762
i have all kinds of clothing material types and it's just a day to day thing for me
Sometimes polyester feels good, sometimes i go for cotton, other days i wear my spandex cycling adidas shorts under shorts and call it a day
Also depends on season
Try bamboo clothing

Nothing. Any fabric ideal for exercise is polyester or poly blend, which you don't want.

Polyester for pants
cotton for underwear and shirt

stop sweating so much. It's not cardio. you shouldn't be drenched.

Except you know… people do cardio after lifting

You shouldn't do any cardio before or after weightlifting within at least a 6 hour period. you're leaving gains on the table.

I understand not wanting to do cardio before lifting so you don't tank your performances and can hit your lifts with higher intensity/full energy, but what's wrong with post-workout LISS cardio?

Light cardio for 30 mins might be still somewhat acceptable is my guess, but data suggests it's wise to keep them away from eachother.

Even if that’s the case, I only do like 20min of high intensity cardio(90% max bpm), there’s no way i’m going to gym just for that. Will have to go every day then and that’s impossible for me

Do you guys even lift? It’s called a Pump Cover when you are a lifter. Not a “shirt”. Fucking newfags

Did you even read the study you're linking you stupid faggot? I was asking about LISS cardio, you're linking a study measuring the impact of interval cardio.

You can get bamboo fibre clothes, which are technically viscose
There isn't much to choose from however

Idk OP probably doesn't like plastic. Something something about being poor or microplastics leeching into your skin, probably.

I prefer cotton myself for everyday clothes, but for workout clothes there's no better choice than poly/spandex blend.
