Keep your carb intake relative to glycogen expenditure not overall calories and more specifically avoid fructose for lifting because it can only easily become liver glycogen not muscle glycogen. It's a lot of effort and there's no apps that do this yet but it pretty well established in upper athletics.

Get a coach if you need to be told what do and eat without having to think. Or you know go one of the easy routes like long bulks or steroids. This is the hard route it requires optimizations to be practical at all.
