I was obsessed with trying to grow taller too back in the day. I came up with the idea of taking Aromatase Inhibitors which prevents your growth plates from closing. Then I did sprinting exercises in the park every day and took Vitamin D capsules. It worked, from 19-21 I went from 172 to 179cm and then it stopped.
