Push my limits
I recently started benching 275 lb, and now I can take 315 off the rack and edging a drop (3 inches then I put it back on the rack).
How do I proceed bros? I want to hit that natty 315 and then just power power cut until I look like I came out of brawschwitz.
Give me muscles to focus on to max out my bench. Exercises.

How tall are you?
That's what my fat black neighbor benches and he's about 6'.

I only do 155 at 5'8
