Your first mistake...CICO isn't real
Instead, eat steak, eggs, butter, fish and chicken

Get thyroid checked, that was my problem at around those stats. Took ages fucking around with diets and exercise which did absolutely nothing.

Not really, went fast, only took two years to kinda double my weight from 154 lbs, with most of the weight flying onto me in a few months at the end. But again, thyroid. In my case, it was mostly water weight, so I could lose over 2 lbs in a day sometimes. Am now back to 188 or so. Still huge weight fluctuations, my doctor doesn't care.

Again, if it's the thyroid, it's water weight, immune to cico.

My brother has thyroid problems, just take the meds and cico will work again, it's not hard.
