If you have the genetics for it, you might be not getting enough collagen/vitamins/animal fats/sleep/cns fatigue/high cortisol. If you sleep like shit then do 20 heavy sets and sprint for an hour you're gonna shed some hair. Luckily it does grow back if you don't have balding genetics.
