you get used to it, it takes like 3 or 4 days.
and if you stop training as you diet it's even easier, the problem is that you shouldn't stop training or you'll lose a lot of muscle, but oh well, if you're just fat and want to lose weight it works.
I'm eating around 2500 kcals now, but I went down to 1200 when losing weight.
