How am I supposed to cut to 1750 calories? I won't be able to eat a decent meal...it's too little to sustain a man

You just need to be more clever about what you eat. Get a lot of protein and fibre, find out what feels most filling to you.

you get used to it, it takes like 3 or 4 days.
and if you stop training as you diet it's even easier, the problem is that you shouldn't stop training or you'll lose a lot of muscle, but oh well, if you're just fat and want to lose weight it works.
I'm eating around 2500 kcals now, but I went down to 1200 when losing weight.

I've been on 1900 calories for the last 3 weeks and i'm just doing my first refeed today at 3k calories then tommorow i'm going to 1700 for another 2 weeks. Keep it up i'm already seeing results and it's worth it

A full plate of rice and chicken is only 500-600 calories. You are fat and lazy.

yeah maybe if you're like 6 years old or something

200g of chicken breast and 150g of rice is like 900 kcal and it's not that big of a plate for an adult.

Nigga you're so fat it's impacting the way you think. 100g chicken 100g rice is more than enough. If 100g (dry) rice is not filling enough, add more water to your rice cooker and cook it longer. Don't fry your chicken in oil. Simple as.
