Not working out in the summer
I can deal with this heat anymore, man. My gym in unbearable even with the AC blasting. The worst part is after the workout, my body remains hot for the rest of the day. I can barely sleep.
Have any of you tried only working out in the cooler months of fall, winter, and spring and basically taking the whole summer off? Maybe some light calisthenics and shit like that. I might as well cut and enjoy my body during the hottest months, but I'm worried about losing too much strength.

Ice/cold bath after workout. I live in a hot shithole too and a cold bath directly after a workout feels awesome and helps cool me down for the rest of the day.

I can't stand working out in the cold, pumps go away faster and you can't wear tank tops everywhere to show ur gains, it's pretty fucking cold where I live rn

Too bad this blunts the inflammatory effect caused by lifting weighs, which makes going to the gym a moot point

In Iraq i used to soak a shirt in cold water and put it on and it would instantly cool me off. I still do this sometimes if the power is out and the ac isn't working.
