Does 350mg of ashwagandha even do much? The research showing it's effect on test was only on 600mg and I take 500mg daily and still sleep pretty damn well from it.

Basically all my preworkout that I need is in my daily supplements so I just take 5g of beta alanine with a monster before the gym. Pretty much get pumped from anything due to the salts and beet in my diet too. I just do daily cardio (Swimming for an hour) so I keep heart healthy.

Vitamin D3 causes calcification. Both in bones, teeth but also your Blood veins.

Taking K2 should help prevent the calcification in the blood veins but at 80 μg a day it’s gonna be difficult even with that took keep.

Lower your vitamin D3 dosis and start supplementing K2 as well.

Risk of calcification doesnt come from taking the supplements, but from having elevated blood levels which is very hard to achieve. Fixing a deficiency with 80μg let alone raising D to a toxic level takes a long time. Just get a vitamin D test before starting and then after some months of supplementation to check

As an example. I tested deficient with levels of 13 ng/ml. To raise my D levels to dangerous territory (150 ng/ml) with an 80μg daily dose is literally impossible, based on the common calculation, my levels would plateau around 45ng/ml which is barely normal levels, because depletion and supplementation reach equilibrium there. This is why they warn to not take more than 10k IU (250 μg) daily for too long even though it's likely fine because normal non-deficient levels could theoretically be elevated to dangerous territory if unchecked

You should reach those levels of concentration in the blood with half (40 μg) daily supplementation for 3 months.

I don’t think 80 μg is dangerous or whatever but I would probably supplement K2 long with it and go down to 40 μg just to be safe, if you do it long term.

Yeah but it's more on the bioavailibility of supplements anon. It's about 20-40% so in order to get an effacious dose you'd have to take extra, or take both citrulline and argenine for similar effects.

Does anyone have an opinion on marine collagen? I want to take collagen, but I want to avoid bovine collagen for ethical reasons.

Marine collagen seems more expensive, and I'm worried about heavy metal contamination from collagen in general, but even more so from marine collagen.
