you're young. You'll have a lot of belly skin hanging when you do planks, and some upper arm hang when you hold your arm out without tensing. My moobs were never nearly that bad, but it's probably still not going to be that visible until you lean over. But you can lose all the fat and put on some muscle (and take care with certain sexual positions) and you'll look a thousand times better in a tight shirt. Track your calories, target a slight deficit, do some easier calisthenic progressions and some joint-friendly cardio like from a rowing machine or kettlebell swings. Although as you gained all this weight you also gained a few pounds of bone to support it, so it's not like your body's going to disintegrate if you walk a bit. Pay attention to early injuries and take them seriously. The pain that's gain is lactic acid and not bone or tissue damage.

Plan to look normal in a few years and you won't even have to try hard, you'll just have to stop eating tons of garbage. Stopping will be easier as you eat more protein and as you eat more fiber and as you eliminate added sugar. All three of these will help with hunger, but the last will also help you appreciate food a lot more. A good fruit is actually ambrosia.
