You're retarded. This is because the people they did the studies on barely ate at all and never had high enough protein or exercise to maintain any of their lean muscle mass.
Glp1 should be used to cut maybe 500-800 calories off of your daily intake below maintenance. Stop being a faggot and regurgitating retarded "science" when you lack the capabilities to understand what you're "reading".
All it does is make you feel full all the time and you'll get the same side effects if you diet the same with it or without it. It just makes it easier.
