I've lost 70kg in the course of 3 years and I have 7 more left to go down. I'm fucking exhausted though, both mentally and physically, I'm eating 1800 kcal, running 12km every day and lifting 4 times a week. I want to fucking eat my maintenance kcal already I'm fucking tired of being weak all the time. Should I fast for 1,5-2 weeks to get rid of the remaining 7kg and finally be done with this nonsense?
