For a long time I was making fun of Americans for their obesity pandemic. Although that makes me a hypocrite since other countries like Mexico and Greece also have an obesity pandemic even if it's for different reasons.
In Mexico it's because many Mexicans eat and drink nothing but potato chips and Coca Cola.
In Greece I finally realized why so many Greeks (and especially men) are fat as hell even if they don't eat much: because they drink alcohol all day, especially wine. Which is why their bodies are slim slim but their belly is so huge that they look like pregnant women. Even my sister despite the body exercise she does because of her job she also has huge belly because she drink beer, wine and Coca Cola all day.
