I used to think when you made it and have build muscular body it stay with you forever. Turn out just 1 month of not lifting it will dissapear like smoke. You need to maintain and do it every week till you're old what a chore. I want my money and time back

Not true
If one builds a muscular physique but stops lifting for a month; their lifts will suffer. However the body will still look muscular assume the diet doesn't go to hell.
Natural muscles stay; it's why you can easily build back your strength and physique. As long as it hasn't been years.
I'm guessing you were never big or strong.

If you are roiding, yes.
If you are natty, in a couple of years of not lifting, you will lose 2-3 kg of muscle mass at most.

I literally saw a fat nun while taking a train. It took all my will not to mention gluttony being a sin.

Being too weak to embrace the infinite void that you need to believe in "religion" is just as pathetic.

The infinite void is scary indeed, but personally I find it just a tiny bit more scary to be subjected to infinite worship of god for eternity
Best outcome would be to wake up from this simulation and realize you were just playing a VR MMO

true esoteric wisdom is the realization that it was god who bought you your VR helmet. i truly believe that when god sent his only son to us, we nailed him to a cross.
