Yes. Asians have higher concentrations of ACNT3 RR than Caucasians but higher ACNT3 RX than Africans, this means we have more Type IIX and less Type I fibres than Caucasians but more Type IIA and Type I fibres than Africans (on average). This is a broad generalization of East/South East/North East Asians lumped together.

But a general cline is that the more North you go, the more Type IIA you get. The more south you go, the more Type IIX you get. The best sprinter from China is south Chinese, best lifter is from Hubei.
