natty lifting is a scam

natty lifting is a massive time and energy sink - and honestly, unless you’re a pro athlete or getting paid to do it, it’s mostly a waste of life energy.
You have to obsessively track every calorie and gram of protein every single day, grind through 5-6 gym sessions a week (or longer ones if fewer days), and your whole life starts to revolve around eating and training. And for what? To look like a guy who hopped on testosterone for a year and blew past you in a fraction of the time.
Most natural lifters bulk and just get fat - looking sloppy and untoned. Or they cut and end up looking tiny in clothes, no muscle “pop.” The tradeoff isn't worth it.
After 5 years of this obsessive lifestyle, many natty lifters have gains so disappointing they barely look different - especially compared to those using gear who can transform their physiques in a year.
And let’s be honest: the only natural lifters who look truly impressive have either made the gym their entire lifestyle with paid trainers, coaches, and nutritionists, or have exceptional genetics that most don’t.
If you want serious size and aesthetics, natural lifting alone is often an uphill battle against biology and time.
This is why I hopped on, 1 year of progress.
