Here's a working life hack from a retard who's been dealing with it for the past decade.
Do body weight squats and if needed calf raises until your quads and calves start burning and you feel a nice pump, then go to bed. It won't bother you for a while. I typically hold the door handle and do deep toe squats for this, you want your hamstrings and calves to touch.
Ime, the more developed your leg muscles are, the worse the RLS gets because there's more mass cramping, aching, and shit.
