Notice how no pro bodybuilder gives a shit about meme stuff like "the squeeze"? Notice how they are entirely focusing on form and mechanical tension, and don't give a fuck about locking out the arms on a tricep pushdown, for instance.

But go online and the first thing you'll hear from influencer faggots is either some super sick elite science-backed variation of a lift that gives you "optimal" results or stressing how important it is for you to lock out and get that squeeze in or whatever. You never leave with actual grounded fundamental information.
