This guy just looks like an unhealthy loser who spends all day lifting artificial weights in his dark man cave

Hoping to "mog the normals" but no one cares.

Nah just build delts too, what're you doing for delts? They seem to grow for me treating it like an isolation exercise and gripping pushing from knuckles, and braced flies. Also a ton of front delt work on bench incline and delts.

Btb for heavy as possible weight, and incline/ bench narrower grip and bringing in your shoulders more and really brace abs/serratus and head through is my go to, have to go super light, rear delts are easy with heavier jerk with rear delts rows/pull-ups and I typically just do full rom and some pullups/rows and uni rows with a triceps cable.

You have to have big biceps to even bench heavy or have big shoulders. Adding lbs to my triceps got me bench up by about the same weight.
