Rate my splits

Previous split
Legs (3 sets squat, RDL, leg extensions, leg curls)
Chest (3 Barbell flat bench, incline dumbell, flies, 2 dips)
Back (3 weighted pull ups, lat pulldowns, bent over row, t-bar row, 2 facepulls)
Shoulders and arms

I have no rest days and just repeat this continuously

Want to change it up because leg day is utterly exhausting while shoulder and arm day is practically a rest day and very boring.

Thinking of doing
Chest (as above)
Back (as above)
Quads and Shoulders
Hamstrings and Glutes

And just repeat. My only problem is that I don't really know how to program arms, would you recommend putting them on chest / back days, or is it better to put them during one of the leg days to take advantage of hitting them when they are totally fresh i.e having a combined leg/arm day. Or maybe even both e.g. 3 sets of Overhead triceps extension on chest and quad days and 3 sets of biceps on back and hamstring days?

Please feel free to insult my split and absolutely tear it apart but please explain your reasoning and what you would do differently

The reason I don't like rest days is that I used to be a fat disgusting fuck with an obsessive all or nothing personality and if I have one rest day I'll have trouble going to the gym the next day.

Squats are a super complete exercise. I will not ditch them.
Maybe keeping everything (chest, back, arms & shoulders) and do only squats and RDLs for leg day. If you go heavy on these two that's all you need fpr the lower part.

That's actually really good advice. Maybe doing 1-2 sets of the isolations if I feel like it. The split is actually perfect and in my opinion a very natural one; it allows me to train my current weak spots which are shoulders and arms, individually whereas with the usual PPL they tend to be an afterthought. What would be your advice if I wanted to somehow fit in just 1-2 sets of deadlifts? I feel the first split is good because it lets me train the main barbell lifts first every day (i.e Squat / Bench / Bent Over Row / Shoulder Press), but not deadlift and it would be even worse if I programmed it with the squats.

The optimal solution would be putting it on Back Day and do maybe 2-3 sets submaximal at RPE 5-6, but then the problem is, would that still be too exhausting, especially with RDLs on Leg Day? If I somehow managed to fit in Deadlifts on Back Day without getting exhausted, I think that would be a really good natural split, with the main compounds first on each day.

Do you really feel like needing diddlies? I don’t know, man. Not my fav one. And yeah, on the same session with heavy squats is gonna tax you.

I definitely don't need them, especially considering my ultimate objective is just building muscle, but it would be nice to become a bit stronger on the DL as ancillary benefit. It's by far my worst lift. I can squat around 130kg but my dl is barely more than that and it's because I never ever train it and have just been doing RDLs for almost 2 years.
