Why do girls who mainly run always look extremely cute while men who mainly run look like sickly weak skinny ugly skeletons?

Guys likely run every day or longer sessions.
Women will run on a treadmill for twenty minutes or walk around the gym or park for a few laps.

Almost every difference in gender outcomes can be explained by the skill and effort gap between men and women so I am tempted to believe this guy - but - if you control for this and only compare men and women who run about the same amount of time and same intensity I bet you’d still see a difference. There’s probably something about muscle distribution and something about the general aesthetics we find more pleasing on each gender.
