Yeah being skinny is the best way to start. They don’t know how lucky they are and when they complain about having to eat more it makes me want to shove them into a locker. Assuming you gain weight in heneral. You probably have total ACNT3 deletion. Most classic "ectomorphs" are just that. You need a high rep program and will still gain slowly. Roiding is the best bet.

Less muscle hypertrophy in response to training, especially training. The muscles tend to grow better in response to aerobic exercise which is hard to get big off of.
