I need to bulk up BAD. What are some good meals to gain weight?

The method I did was take your body weight and double it. That is the amount of carbs you need to eat for steady weight gain. I gained 30 pounds in less than a year .

And obviously, eat your protein. Don’t just be a fat fuck and eat all the damn snacks in the world. I’m taking about rice , avocado , whole grain bread, pasta…ect , fruits.

Doesn’t mean you can’t have snacks ever, but you’d be surprised how many carbs are in a single banana
