why is the only available diet advice to stop eating food and somehow you will magically put on muscle and all your fat will fall off. im convinced its just pseudo science spouted by fake natties and nobody has a clue on what's making people fat and tired all the time.
if i lower the food i eat what happens is
>body loses muscle first and weight overall
>im hungry all the time
>i look ill and feel ill from a lack of food
>i end up skinny fat and failing to perform in the gym
ok now if i raise the calories to "gain muscle"
>i just get fatter and dont gain any muscle
now if we take the larp advice and "just train in a deficit bro"
how am i suppose to fuel the workouts without any of the calories? not only this but are we gonna sit and pretend eating 3000 cal of canola oil is the same as 3000 cal of chicken? obviously they have different uses to your body in terms of how the calories are utilized. this advice is a joke and nobody knows what makes people gain fat
