I swear to God the only guys who have abs eat less thank 2k calories a day or no more than 14k cals weekly, its fucking impossible to get there otherwise holy shit how do skinnyfags do it? I cant stand going under 2.5k/day

did you try doing cardio? its remarkable its allows you to eat more calories which in turn gets you more likely to reach your protein goals and you don't even need to go under 2.5k calories its magic.

Nobody loses weight through cardio and no diet changes, cbum of all people was doing 1900 calories a day with 2x 45 minute cardio sessions every day just to get to 8% bf, absolutely brutal

Become an alcoholic. I had sick abs when I my only sustenance was a pint of Jameson, 3 tall boy 9% ciders, and water every day. I dropped weight like crazy.

If you do not work out, yes. 2000 cals is tops.

I eat 3500 cals a days and got abs and I am old boomer. I do not do cardio per se but stay pretty active, so here you go. Just do not do alcohol more than 2 times a month tops. It fucks up your metabolism really quick.

Other than that, once you get the ball going you can eat much more than 2000 cals and have abs year round.

I'm not gonna defend alcoholism cause it's always better to just abstain, but I'm an alcoholic who has been getting drunk regularly for the past 10 years and I drink like three times a week and I've always had abs. I used to damage control with cardio the day after but hangovers are too strong now I'm older to pull that off. Other than that, I just damage control with decreasing my calories that come from carbs the next few days until I've made up for it. Sometimes it even fits my macros, like today's 500 calories worth of wine. Obviously getting wasted is impossible to fit in one day, but if you're dilligent you don't even have to be abstinent.
I do work out a lot and am extremely consistent with everything else regarding my health, so there's also that.

yes it is possible as I managed to fit alcohol for over a month myself until I could not since I just like eating too much. So either had to go or be reduced. I chose food over alcohol, and I loved drinking yeah. Still having abs is much better feeling long term than short term happiness from alcohol to me.

I have a hint of abs, you can see the online, and I eat 2.1k calories a day. All I do is walk 7,000 steps a day and crunches every other day.
My buddy has a proper pack, completely visible abdominals, and he eats 3k calories a day. But he plays basketball every evening. So it's really just a matter of diet and cardio.

I bet if you did blood labs on 10 guys with abs, 8 would have hyperthyroidism where they don't put on fat due to a super high metabolism. I have been in the gym for 5+ years counting calories and protein to the number, and I still don't have a 6 pack. You literally have to starve yourself.

The skinny guys i know aren't working out a ton, they just don't eat, they don't like eating, they don't get a thrill out of it, etc. They can go days without eating and not even notice. They've probably never, ever eaten more than maybe 3.5k cals in a single day even on Thanksgiving. They have a genetically low appetite, let's hope they actually make decent, effective, safe drugs one day to help us fatsos
