How did he get his feet in those shoes? >>76499157 >barbell squats without a rack
barbell hack squat would be better than trying to do a front raise with 300lbs so you can get it past your knee
>>76499697 >Looks like some kind of deadlift, except he's starting at the top instead of the bottom, what's the confusion?
top
bottom
that's not the weird part.
the weird part is how some athlete doing only 35lbs on each side plus weird form
>>76500892 >35lbs on each side
Oh shit, grok is this real!? How is the 10lbs twice as big as the 25lbs? Anyway, it's forgiveable because his sport doesn't require a lot of leg strength, so much as endurance. The only weight his legs need to support is his body and a ball.
>>76499394 >I thought he was bigger
he's big relative to everything else in the room, its just that once you get to a certain height its kinda impossible to fill up your frame unless you are spending 17 hours a day just eating and blasting gear

I saw the full definition version of this and it looks extremely AI. But like really fucking good AI, the brand on the plates is consistent and not misspelled, but it doesn't seem to understand plate order, real exercises, the length of his femurs, or where humans drop weights because he full blown throws it onto the bench and it doesn't bounce like a bar would.
