Leg Extension Machine Received & Assembled
Welp, picrel explains it. I do squats and shit but wanted this machine to compliment them! I have good legs from the get go so this will fire them off even more.

Ayyyy garagegymbro returns
Yours is way nicer than mine, I wonder if the extra adjustments you can make will lead to better results or not

it just seems like a relatively random machine to acquire for a garage gym with limited space. just my opinion! what else are you planning to get?

Does it do leg curls too? I've been thinking of getting something that does both leg extensions and curls but most rack attachments I've seen for it only do standing leg curls which isn't great since it's only one leg at a time. A machine like yours might be the best bet

this from temu? how much? i need something better than a lying legcurl/ extension machine that i already have

He and I were discussing it a few days ago, I bought one too and it was because it really felt like most of my leg exercises were more for killing time than actually accomplishing anything so I got a dedicated machine to help make my training more pointed

The one that I have does both and pretty easy to get into position for. It can also replace my bench for pressing but I dont know if I want to give up my dedicated one yet

Very nice, almost like my own setup

Dumbbells up to 55kg,
free weight plates up to 360kg (Will never need all of that)
lat tower,
leg extension/curl,
Hex bar
Power cage

Been upgrading stuff since November 2020, and crushed a lot of personal records here (most recently 160kg bench 1rm).
Having your own test dungeon is pure freedom
