Stop wearing pants and underwear that are too tight. You might have to get several sizes up because everything is one size fits all chinkshit nowadays. Use suspenders and keep things loose. I can see the marks even though the picture is so shitty. That might be why your fat is distributed like that. Do this permanently, and lose weight. For losing wieght, eat only one meal a day, but as much as you want, closer to bed time so you dont have to wind down and go to sleep feeling hungry. Eat leaves and roots to fill your stomach without calories.
