pull up bar

Pull up bar
Rings
Parallel bars if you can afford them
A chair

That’s enough to go full calisthenics for upper body, at least for the main compounds.
>pull ups , vertical pull
>ring inverted rows (this exercise is why you need a chair) , horizontal pull
>ring dips, vertical push
>push ups and its variations , horizontal push

The biggest weakness with the average bodyweight routine is that certain body parts may lag behind hypertrophy wise . Usually it’s the biceps, triceps, and shoulders.
You can do pile push ups, and eventually handstand push ups for shoulders . For biceps something like pelican curls can work. Ring tricep work exists too

Get some rings. But you won't because you're a pussy.

Pike push ups*

If you plan to use weight for upper body, then you can decide between a
Dip belt
Backpack (out the weights inside)
Weight vest
Or get all 3.
It’s adding the weight that will really run you money.
You don’t necessarily need weight for the upper body, there’s lots of weight variations to keep progressing, but adding weight just make it a lot more simple. Doing 100lb weighted pull ups with a backpack feels Great, for example.

Lots of bodyweight* variations to keep progressing.

Legs
This is where it gets much harder. You’ll be able to have grown, toned legs, but don’t expect anywhere close to what you can do in a gym without getting into repetitive, balance heavy , high rep, or annoying workouts. And even then you’d have to add weight to those workouts to maximize it.

I’d say at minimum have some decent weight dumbbells or goblet whatever it’s called but

The only equipment you’ll need in addition to what I already listed is

Bands
Nordics curl item

>Quads: Reverse nordics, Sissy Squats, Pistol Squats, shrimp squats, bodyweight squats, Bulgarian split squats
>Glutes: Bulgarian split squats , lunges, glute bridges, good mornings
>hamstrings: Nordics curls, RDL, single leg RDL, some bullshit leg curl with rings or some other women I’m sure there’s a YouTube video somewhere
>calfs: calf raises

Pick and choose there a lot of shit but you can drastically get far with some weight with these exercises. The problem is that it’s much more of a pain in the ass, high rep, and balance focused than just going to the gym and doing some heavy squats or RDLS and calling it a day

Hill sprints, jump rope, biking will also help build parts of your legs if you go hardcore enough

If you mean as a way to avoid having to go to the gym at all, that's just nowhere near enough. You will only be disappointed and make shitty gains. Yes your pic related is garbage. Look at other gyms in the area even if you have to pay for them.

My budget suggestions: squat stands (250+ kg) 60€, adjustable bench (300kg) 80€, olympic bar (300kg) 100€, then try getting your hands on a set of used weight plates

No you can absolutely build a decent physique at home, it may just take longer and you have to push tonfailure. I hate being around normalfags and also I'm a germophobe so I could never go to the gym

btw if you really don't give a shit about the bar (which I don't recommend but it's okayish for your first one) you could get a 5' bar (30mm diameter, would need different plates) with a 300kg max load for as little as 30€. I've used one of those for benching before, they are alright, especially if you don't have a lot of space

Buy someone's unwanted home setup, I had to sell all my shit at less than half price just to get rid of it. Some high Mexican came to pick it up and blurted out "oh I won't follow you in or anything, I know you don't want some random person in your house that might murder you." I'm like shit bro I wasn't the one thinking about murder...

Don’t bother discussing. Calisthenics gets memed here. I built my physique off of home workouts and I looked no different than guys that were going to the gym, even better in some parts (my back), But lower body won’t be built as well at home unless you have a squat rack or like a power block at home. I mean, I built good looking legs at home even before I ever bought my power block. but you won’t get big bodybuilder legs.

Yeah, this is what I'm thinking too. I feel like you could find all of this stuff used pretty easily.
I'm just wondering if dead lifts, squats, bench and OHP by themselves are enough to do most of the work towards getting jacked. Simplicity is important too, >>76501648
is complicated.

you should just go to your uni gym at less crowded hours, you don't have even half of what you'd need to get started with a real home gym and there's probably better shit to spend your extremely limited funds on anyway

2 kettlebells, high weight and mid weight. Use for full body motions.

Just an adjustable bench and a couple powerblock dumbbells. Both used of course. Add a cable tower and some plates for it once you save up some more.

What's the point of a power cage if you're not getting a barbell?

Don’t bother with a home bench press station. They’re tempting because of the cost, but they’re very limiting.

They’re centered around a single lift (bench press) with no safeties. That’s a very large piece of equipment for a homegym, where space is generally limited.

A squat cage is a much better option. They’re not that much bigger when you think about it. They have adjustable safeties so you can bench to failure without a spotter. They allow for a variety of other lifts; how will you squat or do OHP with just a bench press station? Most have a built in pull-up bar. Many have dip handles. You can add a DIY pulley system pretty cheaply to really bring it to another level.

Honestly if you’re going the home gym route, and plan on using weights, a cage should be seen as the center of everything. A home gym with weights is not really worth having without one.

Fitness Reality cage usually goes for sale for 200$ and it's a tried and true. But yeah just a used bench + a pair of spinlock adjustable dumbbells or used powerblocks is OP's best bet for the money.

Spinlock dumbbells, 120 lbs Facebook marketplace iron plates, pullup bar, old lady walker for dips. That's it, that's everything. Be ready to do a lot of pushups with your feet on a chair.
If you wanna take it a step further, some cheap rings for whatever but especially inverted rows, and a weighted vest. All weighted vests seem like they kinda suck but my autism helped my find the kinsui ez vest. It's plate loadable and the lite version that can hold 80lbs of plates was like 80 bucks.

Dumbbells that work with plates, pull up bar, bench.
You'll have some difficulty working your legs, but it's doable and less of an expense than going full barbell.
When you want to go barbell, get a barbell that works with the same plates you have, and a rack.
The rack is expensive, that's the issue.
