Ideally I would have some high quality animal protein and some spinach and keep carbs to a minimum early in the day. Eggs + steak + greens (or pork if you're on a budget.) and switch it up with fish/seafood. I like adding onions sauce and a bit of mirin for flavor. Canned sardines with chili peppers, olive oil, lemon and mint is another great one you can whip up in just a few minutes.

when people talk about weight loss, one of the little motivators they like to give is that it uncovers visible dick length. you've always had it, and you can measure it bone pressed, but now you see it. what they didn't say is that actually it's impossible to press all the fat pad out of the way and bone pressed measurements just reduce variance. i assume erection quality changed a bit as well, though i don't think it was much. i can and do get hard enough that it's painful, especially when a partner is involved.

all of that to say that bros, my dick is now nearly 7 inches bone pressed and it was like 6 before. ????????? i only lost like 12 kilos and have another 10ish to go.

Who the fuck eats steak and eggs for breakfast?
Eggs sure I guess, but steak?
Also low carbs in the early part of the day makes no sense. Carbs should go early, protein late, especially as a last meal. Eating so much protein early in the day makes zero fucking sense honestly. Coffee and ice-cream is miles better as a breaking of fast than steak, sardines, olive oil, chili pepper and all that meme shit, no offense

I do this, I used to talk all day about my isotonic drink of lemon, lime, salt and honey in mineral water.
Coffee and citrus are key to longevity and crocodile-like immunity system and health. I literally reversed damage done to my body over the years of neglect with a few years of fasting with coffee and oranges. I unironically drink lemon squeezed in water every day on an empty stomach. I repaired my liver, I repaired my kidneys, I repaired my shoulder, I repaired my broken left arm, I repaired my lower back. I am now bulletproof.

>Coffee and citrus are key to longevity and crocodile-like immunity system
Is it citrus and coffee combined, or just as separate things being beneficial? Coffee specifically or caffeine? (i.e. would other caffeine beverages like black/green tea work?)
When you say fasting with coffee and oranges do you mean you ate oranges during the fast? Didn't that ruin the fasting?

This, especially on the weekends before a long run. Otherwise for me it's yogurt, fruit, or most often just coffee.

If you want to get your caffeine and citrus in one beverage, I've found a shot of espresso in lemonade is surprisingly delicious. Good balance of sweet and bitter. Perfect for powering through hot work outside. If I find a coffee shop with fresh squeezed lemonade I always do this, response is generally "wtf" or "hell yeah this guy knows"

The shakes I make at home are just milk, frozen berries and protein powder with as close to the ratio mentioned before as I can get to. Right now it's chocolate nutricost because that's what was cheapest on amazon.

Because the sous vide bag is vacuum sealed during cooking, the food is pasteurized. You csn keep it in your fridge for weeks as long as the vacuum bag stays sealed. It doesnt start to spoil until you open the bag.

BTW you can also cook the chicken to a lower temp meankng it stays juicy while still being food safe

Sous vide is pretty brainless and I think a lot of people who dont enjoy cooking would benefit from trying it
