You need vitamin K2 with your D3 in a proper ratio. So first things first, get rid of that vitamin D and get one that has K2 in it. Second of all, you need a high quality multivitamin and maybe some fish oil. That's about it.

That's too much zinc. IIRC, 13mg daily is tops for long term...Also, zinc and copper compete for absorption.

I'm not going to bother with recommendations since I know you're not going to take them. I just told you it's a very bad quality multivitamin and you followed it up by saying you're pretty sure that it's good. Which is both an uninformed statement and evidence that you aren't going to listen to anybody else since you already have a preconceived notion of what quality is.

i said that because a friend with a phd in pharmacy rec'd it to me, so not uninformed and i did listen to somebody.

if you have supporting information for your claim and can show better alternatives, i'm willing to listen.

if you're just another anon that want to feel superior to everyone and look down your nose then fuck off.

maybe you should try contributing to the conversation instead of just saying some negative shit.

I'm not going to bother with recommendations like I said. All I'll tell you is you should look at the forms of the vitamins that are included, such as thiamine hydrochloride and magnesium oxide, and look at the bioavailability of them. The bioavailability of both of those, for example, are extremely low. You should probably get new friends if this is what they're telling you to purchase to stay healthy.

He could have probably worded it better, but he's entirely correct. The forms of vitamins that are included in what you have have extremely low absorption.

>you should look at the forms of the vitamins that are included

This is how you supplement, bang on. Too few people do this. THEN you need to look into the way the correct form is processed and any marketing tricks they use, like sometimes they'll market magnesium citrate but it has x amount of oxide which means they can still sell it as citrate. I pay 30£ a month for my multivitamins. They're generally quite good, fermented ingredients which should aid digestion and absorption. Redpill is real multivitamins are expensive and still probably don't do that much, it's an insurance policy just in case you're lacking.

Don't buy imported vitamins dumbass, you have no clue what you're actually taking. Well over 90% of vitamin and supplement brands are counterfeit these days, just selling you a colored inert powder in a pill or worse a harmful chemical.

rate my stack:
>2,2g of EPA+DHA (omega-3)
>1 small scoop of magnesium citrate
>1 small scoop of creatine
>1 cheap multi
>1g vitamin C
>10-15g of hydrolized collagen
>L-tryptophan
>3mg boron
>4000 IU D3 + some K2
>ecdy + turk on bulk
I want to cycle between L-tryptophan and 5-htp but I don't want to add anything else because I easily get OCD and sink too much money into this shit, at least stuff like D3, omega-3 or magnesium can be easily justified and might actually help a little.

Hydrolyzed collagen peptide - Debatable how helpful it is for lifting (last I read studies were positive it helps some people still argue otherwise) but it is at least good for hair/skin
Creatine Monohydrate - There is little debate that it helps exercise performance, there may be a bunch of other health benefits too if you don't lift
Protein - Only if can't get enough from food for whatever reason
Vitamin D - Only if for some reason you can't get enough sunlight (e.g. northern europe winter_
Omega-3 - If you are like me and can't stand most fish

Its worth doing a blood test at doctors to see if your deficient in anything. Stuff like magnesium, zinc etc. may be beneficial but may be a waste of money if you already have enough. It doesn't hurt to experiment though. There is also a vitamin B supplement that apparently helps you remember dreams I think it was Vitamin B6 maybe

The cheap multivitamin and vitamin C are pointless because literally nobody has to supplement vitamin C and the cheap multivitamin is chock full of forms of vitamins with less than 10% bioavailability anyway. So you're just wasting money.
