So recently I've noticed that my sweat smells like cat piss or like I've been dipping in a barrel of ammonia.
I've a really physically demanding job, sweat like a rapist, and that's why it's starting to bother me.
Wife is super horny for some reason by that, I find it unbearable.
Used to be on protein heavy diet for work out gains, around 120-150 g a day.
Switched diet - no more coffee, garlic, cut down on red meat, cut down on protein in general, started eating a lot more fruit, like a lot more.
Did a blood and urine test - all fine.
It's been two months now since I've switched upy diet - absolutely no improvement.
Any idea what the fuck this could be?
I see no reason for it just to start happening out of nowhere and with no medical explanation, as far as I can tell.

By the smell? Or just the sweating itself?

Sweat doesn't smell, the bacteria that feeds on it and poops does

if there's nothing physically wrong with you and you feel fine otherwise why worry about it?

Are you sure it's you, not your clothes? I sweat a lot in my job, I work on a ship so I collect dirty clothes in plastic oil bucket, they cannot dry properly. When I put them in laundry i can feel that clothes from the bottom smell like ammonia. Sweat dissolves into it somehow under certain conditions. I never feel that smell on me. You should also disinfect your clothes with lisol from time to time with lysol.

This anon has the right idea. It's something in your clothes, or detergent, or possibly washing machine if you've got a side loader and leave the door closed between loads.

>try 250 - 500 ml (4 - 8oz) of vinegar with your next load of laundry
>don't mix vinegar with bleach

In the summer time, I put a tablespoon in each load of my gym clothes.

Not op. that why my sweat don't smell if i've showered before huh? I do take like 50% of my showering time trying to clean my armpits. Really takes some effort to get rid of 100% of the smell

Prescription shower gell

Then gradually move to normal strong shower gell that strips your skins bacteria + then apply lotion since your skin feels like the Sahara.

Had some issues myself not getting enough stink out of my clothes. Washing underwear and socks separately on hot with presoak, full detergent plus a scoop of OxyClean, extra rinse, soil load heavy really helped. Same basically for shirts and jeans but instead of hot, warm or the colors fade too fast. Also if your washer hasit, occasionally run an empty "sterilize" load with detergent and oxy through just to get everything clean and fresh, leaving the door open for it to fully dry.

What kept happening before is my clothes would emit a faint odor about 5 hours in, completely unacceptable. Oh yeah, also try using Head n Shoulders or other strong anti-dandruff shampoo as a body wash, letting it sit soaking in for 3 minutes or so before rinsing, kills a lot of bacteria/yeast and can clean up acne, an old high school sports trick that really works.
