You should skip legs. Train your legs with activity like running, biking, tennis or whatever the fuck. Squats are gay and painful

The vacuum looks stupid, but it's purpose as far as I'm concerned, is to prevent bubble guts from competing. Idk why people were doing it in the 80s before hgh was being used.

how about no? i do not want to look like mister vlad bot :D these grow only vastus lateralis and adductors and i want less of that and more of everything else, like THE CALF, VMO, ACTUAL DISTAL PARTS OF QUADS AND HAMSTRINGS

unilateral quarter-squat in full internal hip rotation with that rotation engaged entire time (keep rotating, that's what grows vmo) is all u need for "quads"
