how about no? i do not want to look like mister vlad bot :D these grow only vastus lateralis and adductors and i want less of that and more of everything else, like THE CALF, VMO, ACTUAL DISTAL PARTS OF QUADS AND HAMSTRINGS

unilateral quarter-squat in full internal hip rotation with that rotation engaged entire time (keep rotating, that's what grows vmo) is all u need for "quads"
