If /fit/ was really about fitness, everyone would just do casual weight lifting, cardio, lots of walking, omad without ever over eating

The science is all meme, including bro science. Mimic the sages, they were mostly starvation mode and staying active. Lmao @ wanting to carry more mass, really just another version of gluttony

This is the truth. A basic strength program 2-3 days a week. Basic 20-30 min cardio 2-3 days a week. Walk a lot and play sports. Get a life.
