Ah it's hard to say with raw kefir like I have a good clean diet overall so it's hard to single it out and say I feel better because of x. It feels positive to consume. The fermented beetroot is one of the few things I tried where I noticed a physical difference within days of eating decent amounts.
I didn't have anything like ED before it so if you have something like that. It's probably the result of multiple problems. Cardio, working on stretches to improve hip mobility are big helpers here. Fermented beetroot is just something i would add to the list as improving all of that. Fermented versions of any vege are more powerful in every way from more nutrients to better absorption so you'll probably see results faster than eating non fermented.
