>have this for 3 months now
How fucked am I?
I rested for 3 months and it's still there. My dumb ass probably should've gone on the offensive, but I am a bit scared to just stretch and weightlift through the pain, because I fear it might make it worse.

Do you sleep with nighttime wrist braces? That might help the inflammation

I've never had what you're posting about, but started doing that when I got carpal tunnel symptoms from overuse and it helped a lot for getting rid of it

I got prescribed some, but I never got them because my dumb ass thought
>Well, I didn't need them the last 3 months, so why should I start now!?
But seemingly, they are effective? Even though I geniunely don't understand how. Fucking hell. Guess I get mine then.

I had this shit for like 6 months two years ago.
Get a wrist brace, and wear it essentially always, try to minimize the thumb use. When lifting and doing ANY sort of press, wear wrist wraps at any weight.
If you can afford it, go to the Dr. and get cortisone shots. I got two, and it cleared up about a month after .
Was debilitating until I got the shots.
