I started lifting about a month ago and fixed my diet. However I basically went from 50g protein (yeah I know) to 170g per day and now I shit tallboi beer can sized logs that are denser than the sugar concentration in Dave Blunts sippy cup.
Wtf can I do to make these shits easier? Feels like I'm doing an entire strength training routine on my butthole every time I take a shit.
