If you have never done a set of 25 cable crunches you have no idea what it feels like to train the abs properly. That shit feels like someone has punched you in the gut. How the fuck is squatting or any other powersharter movement in any way comparable? You're just tensing the abs in these movements. adding weights to these is super easy (barely an inconvenience)
the entire process can just be progressively overloaded with leverage, you start out with your legs closer to you if you cant do straight and then you just work up to maximum straight leg

then you can just hold on any light dumbbell with your feet, leverage is gonna hit hard at straight legs holding onto even the lightest dumbbell

Start with hanging KNEE raises instead, until you max then out, and then progress into hanging LEG raises
Her core strength is clearly lacking, you can see by how she's trying to force progression into legs before maxing knees, she can't keep her legs straight
Instead of fumbling and forcing reps like that, you'd get better gains by doing strict KNEE reps, until you can do strict form with >STRAIGHT< LEGS

For any reasonably fit person it doesn't take long to get to 20+ reps of fully straight-leg leg raises
>then you can just hold on any light dumbbell with your feet
Yeah that's what I was referring to as being a pain in the ass. When I did it, I was lucky to have a gym partner who could hand the DB off to me after I got set up. And even then it's a pain to try to focus on keeping it pinched btw your feet while doing the exercise. And if you're working out alone, how are you gonna get your grip set up while holding the DB btw your feet? Or how are you gonna grab it after your grip is already locked in.
Infinitely easier to just hop on a crunch machine, put the pin in your desired weight and go to town.

Height has nothing to do with it retard. Say I was tall enough to get strapped into the grips while still hanging low enough to grap the DB with my feet, well then I'd either be hitting the ground on the eccentric or forced to cut the ROM short.
So in order to do leg raises properly, the grips need to be high enough that you don't scrape the ground, but if they are, then it prevents you from reaching the DB after you're already strapped in. Either way, it doesn't work very well.
And why do something that's a pain in the ass and/or suboptimal when there's a much better and easier alternative anyway?

Only if you're doing it weighted, with the weight between your feet (at the end of the lever arm). But it doesn't matter how long the lever arm is if there's almost no weight on the end of the lever arm.
Sure, your legs and feet weigh more if you're tall, but you also have more muscle mass in your abs by default, which offsets the extra weight. So they don't weigh any more, relatively. Which means it's not any easier for a short person to do unweighted leg raises than a tall person. And being tall isn't an excuse for being weak on them.
And regardless, I was saying height was irrelevent with regard to the ease of setting up weighted leg raises. Not with regard to actually doing them.

You must not know how to read, because it literally says in the summary that it also functions by stabilizing the core and maintaining posture, which would be the actions that assist in carrying objects.
But you'll notice that above that, it says the PRIMARY function is trunk flexion, ie bringing the ribs to the pelvis (which is what's done in a crunch).
And the sole purpose of the biceps is not just to flex the elbow. It also stabilizes in many other exercises, such as presses, rows, carries, and holds.
But once again, we know that these are not the best exercises for growing the biceps, so why would exercises in which the abs act as stabilizers be the best exercises for growing the abs, rather than exercises that actually train their primary function (trunk flexion)?

The abs ARE NOT just for core stabilization tho. They are primarily for trunk flexion.
Which means if you want your abs to grow, the best way to do that is to do some form of weighted crunches. Not just stabilizing during compounds.
Just like if you want your biceps to grow, you need to do weighted elbow flexion (curls). Not just stabilizing in presses, etc.

decline sit ups, even with small dumbbells, are great. Don't do ab training with just your body weight, you should treat it as your other muscles. If you can do more than 20-30 reps add another kilogram to your leg raises or decline sit ups. (Cable crunches too obviously, but those are already weighted)

For obliques, an exercise I never see mentioned but helped me feel my obliques by far the most are simple side bends using the hyperextension bench thingy. Those ones crush the obliques and they're obviously the best isolation for obliques because they isolate the function of the obliques, unlike windshield wipers or russian twists or azerbaijani toe extensiobs or whatever other bs exercises which involve the abs and hip flexors.

I really hate it when dumb whores use the assisted pull up machine for legs. There's so many exercises you can do for legs and they choose to misuse a machine, which over the years has resulted in the one at my gym breaking multiple times, which costs money for the gym to fix, which affects everyone.

Tldr gross whore

No, there's no view at all. Just baggy tracksuits. If anything I'd guess she has no ass from what we can see.
