start small, little steps one day at the time, don't force huge changes all at once.
Maybe one day you will add magnesium supplementation because you read somewhere that 80% of population is deficient.
Then one day you will go for a walk because you're bored at home.
Then another day you will try out eating a freshly burned juicy steak instead of sausages because they're processed worst parts of the meat.
etc etc
the desire to change is there, and thats the most important thing. Don't bully yourself for slipping up and don't go hard on yourself.
