This is literally me expect fatter and riddled with anxiety, I know there has to be someone who was like me here, how do i change

Anxiety is probs cuz ur fat and no muscle, lift weights to gain muscle and stop eating to lose fat. If small changes havent worked, tried big changes with some extra help; for instance, its pretty well know that caffeine can reduce appetite, so
1st. Make sure ur not already desensitized to affects of caffeine
2nd. Drink like 400mg of caffeine over a day and fast the whole day, should be easy
3rd. Eat normal the next but no caffeine and try to eat 400mg of protein over the day
4th. Rinse and repeat

This way you can fast half the week and never develop a tolerance to the appetite suppressing affects of caffeine, win win.

realize nobody is gonna do shit to you and there is nothing to be afraid of. Realize that they know you're rotting away in bed, you just think you're hidden. Make conscious decisions to eat less. Allow yourself to be proud when you deny an urge.

Anxiety can be treated through long solitary walks without distraction (letting your thoughts go) and sleeping well.

Obesity can be treated with moderate activity (walking is enough but a bit of exercise or sport a few times per week on top of it would be even better) and either a Carnivore or HCLF diet.

Just stop caring about what ever makes you anxious that is out of your control. If you ask girl doesn't like you then what does it matter? If you apply for a job and don't get it then what difference did it make? Nothing changed by getting out of your comfort zone other than you being willing to take risks. As for the fat, head on over to /fat/ and make lifestyle changes.

start small, little steps one day at the time, don't force huge changes all at once.
Maybe one day you will add magnesium supplementation because you read somewhere that 80% of population is deficient.
Then one day you will go for a walk because you're bored at home.
Then another day you will try out eating a freshly burned juicy steak instead of sausages because they're processed worst parts of the meat.
etc etc

the desire to change is there, and thats the most important thing. Don't bully yourself for slipping up and don't go hard on yourself.

My anxiety was caused by neglecting my emotions, being serially nonconfrontational, trying to cover up the complaints of my psyche with weed and vidya, and letting my living conditions and finances go to shit.
When I stopped smoking, I gained the clarity to examine my goals and emotions more honestly, and pursue them. This in turn allowed me to fix the absolute mess I let my life become which finally healed my anxiety. Anxiety is your brain telling you that your life is fucked up and you are ignoring your problems.
I got fat during this period but gained the discipline to fix that too.
I miss weed and think about it almost every day, but still, i dont smoke anymore

I went to the gym to help relieve anxiety.
It works, but now I get anxious on the days where I don't do any exercise.

I was able to get my anxiety turned down to almost nothing. I took a shotgun approach and I can't really be sure which thing it was that did it but some combination of the following will likely fix you.

>supplements, make sure you are not deficient in anything NAC has been super helpful
>sleep maxing, you are going to want to follow "sleep hygiene", as well as has have sleeping supplements, also get yourself blackout curtains and shit
>sun and steel. Lifting weights and getting your ass a solid tan. The shit just works and there are probably scientifitic explainations that science doesnt yet understand that go beyond vitamin D
>retard maxxing, I saw some video by this guy on youtube about just accepting that you are retard and embracing your inner retard and that really was helpful for me. I now actively go out and just be retarded and that frame of mind just makes everything funny and not anxiety inducing
