Mass gainer is so retarded. They charge a ton and make it seem like a silver bullet for bulking but you’re just dumping six scoops of sugary ultra processed milk powder down your gullet. Literally just drink a two scoop whey shake then eat a pint of ice cream with peanut butter.

Other tips:
>put peanut butter on everything. Apples and peanut butter

>water or milk
