Just a multi that isn't centrum, equate or one-a-day. Learn to be okay with being sober. Being intoxicated is almost like a self reinforcing cycle if you ritialize doing it. It's just better not to. Or do it reactively rather than make it a routine thing. If I want to get drunk on a Monday I can. But I don't make a habit of getting drunk every Friday or some shit like where people just give themselves a pass where overtime it becomes almost an obligation.
