5k in itself is meaningless. it's like bench pressing every day. sure anyone can do it with 30kg.
I used to run 10k 3 times a week and sometimes I'd run 5k instead. It left me absolutely demolished. there's something really tough about those shorter distances, in 10k you gotta take it at least somewhat easy for a chunk of it in order to be able to reach the end as fast as possible, but 5kg is going full retarded almost the entirety or it. even a 12 minute run (cooper test) can leave you all fucked up if you take it seriously. it takes an absolute masochist to run a serious cooper every day, but if I were to leisurely jog 12 minutes every day nothing would change in my life other than having 74 minutes less to spare every week

Is the guy bragging though? 5k isn't impressive, but running 5k at mod/high intensity every single day without fail is pretty commendable. That's 30 mins of good cardio daily. Not flexworthy, but a solid base.
