What can I do at home to get a nice butt, hips and legs? How should I be eating? What home gym stuff should i invest in first?
I'm trans and my current build is skinny with some muscle. I have a skinny waist, sometimes abs and decently wide hipbones but i wanna get my butt/hips/thighs bigger to visually balance out my shoulders being on the wide side for a girl. I do calisthenics in my room 5-6 days a week but i don't really know what i'm doing or if my routine is good. When I search online everything seems pretty clickbaity and I can never tell the quality of the advice.

As a general rule: Unilateral everything, squat, dl, hip thrust, lunges
Then every angle you can think of, rep range of 20-30, the forward your torso is, the netter
Weigthed Clammshells also work.

If you are a male who tries to pass a lady, honestly you best bet is just heavy lowbar squats

I already pass pretty well, I just wanna get my lower body a bit bigger to balance things out cause i started getting cone-tits after my doctor took me off progest so i'm probably gonna have to get low cc implants for shape.

Right now I look kinda like teppu from natsuo from the shoulders down, but my shoulders are wider I think I just need more mass to balance it out. And my abs only show sometimes but thats realistic.

Squats, leg press, leg curl and extensions. Calf raises, hip abductors and adductors.

Just find a gym that operates 24 hours or 24/7. I've seen trannies working out late past midnight many times. Nothing will beat weighted machines for lower body growth and roundness. leg extensions, curls, hip thrusts, seated leg curls, smith/hack squat, inner and outer thighs, and some dumbbell exercises if you dig. all the trannies i've seen like to do leg extensions heavier than typical girls in the gym.
