You really don't want that. I'm good 45+lbs heavier than what I look like because of that. You'll feel sluggish, if you gain weight, it may end up being uncomfortably heavy, even though there's nothing jiggling. Like, I'm 6'2 and weigh 220lbs, slim, athletic, fairly low bf %, but everyone thinks I weigh 175lbs max.
As for how I did that, a rowdy childhood and full contact martial arts as a kid, you basically get repeated stress and microfractures in your bones which after healing up make them thicker and heavier over time.
Good for fights tho, won't help much with the punching strength, but it's a lot harder to get knocked down.
