You really don't want that. I'm good 45+lbs heavier than what I look like because of that. You'll feel sluggish, if you gain weight, it may end up being uncomfortably heavy, even though there's nothing jiggling. Like, I'm 6'2 and weigh 220lbs, slim, athletic, fairly low bf %, but everyone thinks I weigh 175lbs max.
As for how I did that, a rowdy childhood and full contact martial arts as a kid, you basically get repeated stress and microfractures in your bones which after healing up make them thicker and heavier over time.
Good for fights tho, won't help much with the punching strength, but it's a lot harder to get knocked down.

Impact sports and exercise starting from a young age. What >>76511246 said. Impact sports and exercise starting now will result in thicker and heavier bones than doing nothing and being a couch potato.

Dricus du Plessis walks around at 220 pounds. He weighs more than that Hussein faggot because his core is much thicker, he has bigger legs, and he's taller.

Eat more of all the metals/minerals/metalloids that don't kill you, basically. Le calcium was a big meme that's only a tiny fraction of bone metabolism and comprehensive bonemaxxing requires everything from manganese to boron.
