You can't get fat with carbs, it's physiologically impossible

but don't eat the fake sugar kind.

Only cane sugar/dextrose/honey/maple syrup

the rest disrupts your blood sugar control and gut biome

So I can eat all the ham sandwiches I want and I will lose fat? I am going to be pissed if this doesn't work.

>eat carbs
>blood sugar rises
>insulin drops it
>blood sugar goes below normal
>get hungry
>eat more food that's also going to have fat
>store all of that fat
increase severity the worse the glycemic index of the carbs.
if you really don't store the sugar, but only use insulin to shove it into cells, aren't you going to develop insulin resistance much faster? Are you employed by a diabetes healthcare provider?

Excessive carbs will make you fat

The threshold is high though I agree

This is why its bullshit, they will say
Oh you can't have any fat or it wont work
The reality is that carbs get turned to fat once your glycogen stores are maxed out, small amount gets pissed out but most of it turns to fat
For very active or strong muscular people they can eat LOTS of carbs without saturating their glycogen stores

You're stupid so i'll condense it down to you
You can't have infinite low-fat ham sandwiches, even though by OPs claim you could, the logical conclusion is that OPs claims are bullshit and you are stupid for thinking it could be true

Yeah, this isn't relevant to my post at all. What do you think my point was in my response to him, And why are you getting so upset trying to start an argument with somebody who wasn't even part of the discussion on the low-fat nonsense
Anonymous No.76515902 >>76515918
>>76515881
I'm not upset, don't project
Your point was that ham is low fat and barely registers in calories, ridiculing the poster who said ham isn't low fat
I just reinforced it with my post here
>>76515822

You then went off and said nothing I said is relevant to your post, which had me question your intelligence and that you probably actually believed the OP instead of making fun of him
Anonymous No.76515918
>>76515902
I'm surprised you accurately portrayed my point. I don't know why you would think that that was at all me indicating I was participating in the discussion or claiming you could eat unlimited ham sandwiches. I was pointing out that his claim was stupid.

max 50g fat a day and you wont become insulin resistant

>eat carbs
>blood sugar rises
>insulin drops it
>blood sugar goes below normal
this process increases insulin sensitivity over time and you wont get the hunger crash
