Since 2005 there is only 1 confirmed death from raw milk in the usa. 4 confimed death from a pasteurized milk and over 2000 cases of people getting poisoned by pasteurized milk. If there was any basic sanitation norm on the farms, the deaths from a raw milk would be an absolute zero. The only reason you need to pasteurize milk is because of no sanitation on the farm and cows living in their own shit.
