Health and diet is a joke. Its all genetics. Even if Japanese at like garbage they'd probably still all live to 70

My dad died at 91 at 315 lbs. Lifelong smoker, drinker, voracious eater. Scotch/English.
There's no rhyme or reason to any of it. I don't presume that I'll live that long myself, but who knows. I could live even longer. But I don't think the world as we know it will be here for that.

Waiting a few hours is not "fasting". Or was your post a joke? It could really go either way.

This dude wasn't that fit before. Also, he was an alcoholic. The initial premise of the film was ridiculous. Unless you're in a town with no grocery store and only a McDonald's attached to your section 8 apartment, proper nutrition should be easy for any taxpayer to acquire. Obesity is a choice and, political shit aside, who cares if entire populations just decide to snack.

So are you making an argument for the Supersize option? If removing that helped even a dozen people get obese less quickly I consider it a win. Sometimes it's evident that the populace is just too stupid for its own good and needs a push in the right direction.

People can still eat all the garbage they want.

The supersize wasn't the reason he got fat. He got fat because he was binge eating every meal regardless of whether it was supersized. He was a disingenuous faggot and jewish in spirit. This boomer ate half a McDonald's meal 3 times a day and lost weight while improving his bloodwork.

he eats 1 per day, without fries or soda. that's like 580 calories and a decent amount of protein. if the rest of his diet is well balanced, there's no reason it can't fit a big mac in it. mcdicks and fat activists love to parade him around as if him being healthy somehow invalidates CICO or the notion that fast food is bad, in reality it's just numbers working as you'd expect. it's the fries, nuggies, dips (that are all just HFCS with random color and flavorings) and sodas with free refills that get you, not a single burger.

This.

A few years before he died, Morgan Spurlock admitted that he was a drunk and hadn't been sober for more than a week in three decades. Most of us over 25 or so had to watch Super Size Me multiple times in school, but the whole doc is on YT now. If you watch it knowing the context, it makes a lot of sense. There are a number of scenes where you can tell he's either drunk or hungover because he's slurring his speech and definitely looks out of it. That famous "McPukes" scene where he eats McDonalds for breakfast and winds up vomiting out of his car door? Yeah, dude was obviously up getting hammered all night, that's a hangover puke. I drink to mild/moderate excess myself, I maybe eat fast food twice a year and as shitty as it is, a McDonalds breakfast isn't going to make me vomit unless I've been hitting the bottle HARD.

Not defending McDonalds or other shitty fast food corporations but Morgan Spurlock was a fraud. He's kinda based though. Spurlock was an artfag liberal before extreme wokeness took over that scene, and he parlayed that into being wasted all the time and getting tons of pussy. In addition to being a raging alcoholic, he admitted to being a serial womanizer.

that's unironically average health by american standards. 42% of americans are obese therefore being overweight (and not obese) automatically puts you in the 58% lightest weight americans. i wouldn't be shocked if he's extremely close to 50th percentile american weight. being merely overweight and not obese along with not binge drinking and not smoking puts you in the on easily in the top 30-40% healthiest americans, which is more sad than anything but that's life

people don't understand probability
literally all health choices are heavily influences by genetics and probability

genetics sets your initial probability being healthy
any lifechoice like your diet, increases or decreases said probability
and even if there is a 99% chance you die at 72 from eating Burgers only
there still is a 1% chance you life
might be 50% if you eat balanced
but that wouldn't make for a good clickbait title
retarded websites rather find the 1% person

Pretty much this. Mcdonalds isn't magical cancer poison it's just greasy meat with buns and stale lettuce with some sauce. Obviously not the best choice but you unironically could be eating far worse things. As long as you track your macros you can easily get away with this with probably even better shape than this guy (who probably just likes big macs autistically and isn't trying to be a health nut)

One of the weirdly beneficial things about have an almost mono-diet is that you'll know exactly what to suppliment and exactly what to medicate. As well as a much better measure of what is lifestyle or genetics. Obviously it could probably be better but then you have guess work.
