Doesn't that end up costing three times as much? Of all the things to spend money on, you could either go there or make food.

Anyway it's pepperoni pan pizza when I want to be disgusting.

I know, that's the worst part
You're literally right, it's more expensive, it's fattening, but it's the easiest option so my dumb brain defaults

the problem with all addicts (and fatties) is that you think in an all-or-nothing black-and-white way. You weren't gonna make is as soon as you thought you'd be able to "get it together" in a day. The battle to change is a slow, gruelling, almost torturous process with invisible victories all along the way.

"today is the day I finally get it together" is loser talk. There are fatties who suddenly change, starve themselves and get super fit, but really it is just a matter of time until they snap and go back to their old ways. The continuous mental breaks they have also destroys their skin permanently.

You don't need to get it together all in a day, you need to address the root cause of your traumas or mental blind spots that causes you to think in a broken way.

Why not just make cheeseburgers at home? It still won't be perfect or anything but theres a lot of middle ground you seem to be ignoring.
